Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within seven days of receipt of the goods. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods (excluding the original postage and packaging charges).

Orders placed by credit or debit card will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. 

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage, and to return them by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned items. We will not refund the postage cost of returned orders.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will dispatch a replacement order on return of the faulty items.

Please note that custom dyed orders will be exempt from refund.
